“Shortcuts to Success Online MASTERCOURSE”

I will produce and deliver an eight-week Online MASTERCOURSE for small nonprofits. The course is based on a needs assessment of hundreds of grantees. Because of the economic climate, I also choose topics that could be done by any nonprofit, no matter how small, with zero budget. That’s right; all of the tools and ideas I present can be implemented using free technology on the Web. A grantee willing to do some work could implement any or all of the course recommendations at no cost whatsoever.

The “Shortcuts to Success Online MASTERCOURSE” package is available to any foundation with a similar goal of helping nonprofits by providing online training. With grant dollars as scarce as they are, many foundations find that providing training and technical assistance is an excellent way to continue supporting their grantees.

The training material is delivered to the foundation’s grantees via an orientation webinar and four topic-specific webinars lasting an hour each. In addition, each week the participating grantees receive a weekly e-tip in the form of a two-minute video and an extensive, written tutorial (ranging from 5 to 30 pages each) on a given topic.

All of this information will be anchored on a Website dedicated to the group of participating grantees and branded with your foundation identity as the funder.

We track measurable output data throughout the course, so the foundation receives reports regularly from me with data on how the group has been participating.

We end with an evaluation survey of the grantees’ satisfaction.
